W3c - a mid blue silk hat, the brim is piped with pink braid, with pink silk hatband. 

The brim is decorated with pink and red ribbon roses on white ruched ribbon, and tiny stamens.

A fluffy rose pink feather covers the crown, and there is a pink ribbon bow at centre back.
