W1b - a pale green silk hat, the brim is piped with yellow braid, and there is a yellow silk ribbon hatband. 

The brim is decorated with two sizes of yellow roses, trimmed with green ruched ribbon. 

A fluffy yellow feather covers the crown, and there is a yellow ribbon bow at centre back.
